The family of the late Charlotte Marie Fisher are heartbroken to announce her passing on July 22, 2025, at Thunder Bay Regional Health Science Centre. Charlotte passed away peacefully with family by her side after a lengthy illness.
Born in Sioux Lookout, ON, Charlotte spent her early years living in Gull Bay, ON and later moved to Thunder Bay where she raised her children with her husband Emile. Charlotte and Emile were married on April 28, 1984 and had 5 children; Jessica, Emile Jr, Rochelle, Krystle and Blair.
Charlotte spent her later years living in Gull Bay. Charlotte worked at the school as a cook and took so much joy in what she prepared. Charlotte would share how much she loved hearing the kids telling her how much they loved her cooking and missed her after she retired. Charlotte enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, she sure loved to spoil them all and would joke she’s losing count on how many grandchildren she had. Charlotte loved playing bingo, walks with her sisters, cookouts outside her brother's home, her nightly card games with her family and friends, square dancing and Johnny Reid.
Charlotte is survived by her children; Jessica (Bryan), Emile Jr., Rochelle (Gary), Krystle, Blair. 20 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Stepson; Mel (Sheena) Sisters; Nora (Roland), Madonna (Percy Sr.), Debbie (Justin Sr.), Brothers; Nicholas, Barney, Patrick, John, numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
