I remember back in the mid 90's you had to plan evening bar hopping because then when bars and clubs were booming you had to bar hop cuz so many entertaining bands were playing at the same time.

Why should landlords be the bad guys and nobody feels bad for them trying to earn money on their investment as they pay mortgages, taxes, maitanence, utilities etc and that's okay tenant you can use your excuse not to pay. What if the Landlord said that to their bill collectors that's fair they pay the penalties. Tenants have too much protection already.
