Scott Johnston was born on January 27, 1981, in Penticton BC.

Scott will be remembered for his love of sports such as darts, hockey, rugby and CFL football, he was a proud Jeep enthusiast and dog lover. Scott was the number one fan of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers and his hockey idol Wayne Gretzky. Scott graduated from Churchill High School in 1999, he was a proud player for the Churchill Trojan football team. Scott worked for the Lakehead District School Board and was an honoured member of the Northern Ontario Darts Association.

Scott will be remembered by his parents Ron and Jean Johnston of Armstrong ON, Grandmother Dolores Johnston of Penticton BC, Brother John (Jessica), beloved niece and nephew Jack and Josslyn Johnston of Dryden ON, Special niece Grace Johnston of Armstrong ON, Niece Krysta (Marvin) Racadio and Nephew Douglas Murdoch of Thunder Bay ON. Scott will also be missed by many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Scott will be fondly remembered by all his friends at darts especially Donnie, Liz, Garrett, Luke, Aaron, and Christine.

He was predeceased by his grandparents John and Kay Prout, grandfather William Johnston, sister Bonniejean Johnston, Uncle George Prout, niece Kassi Johnston, sister Alex Johnston, and his best friend Jay.
