It is with profound sadness that the family would like to announce the passing of Mr. Curtis John LeRossignol, 55 years, at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre with his loving family by his side on May 12, 2025. Born and raised in Thunder Bay on September 18, 1969, to parents Glen and Clara LeRossignol. Curtis was an avid family man. He love to spend time being around the family as much as possible. He always looked forward to family gatherings and special occasions. He loved spending time with the love of his life Annette and their two fur babies Harley. D and Loki. Curtis loved spending time at his mother-in-law’s camp at Ryan's East Arrow. He also had a very special place in this heart for Haggy camp where he and Annette and the dogs made some special memories. Curtis had a lot of hobbies which included playing golf and he would also love to motorcycle rides with his extended family, the brothers and sisters.
Curtis is survived by his loving wife Annette (nee Farrant) Rzepa, and their children who meant the world to him; Daniel (Jen), Steven (Chantal), Sheena (Gerald), by his parents Glen and Clara LeRossignol, by his brother Brian (Sherry) LeRossignol, sisters Wendy (Randy) Chorney and Donna (Michael) Splawski; nephew Brent and nieces Paige and MacKenzie. Along with his sisters-in-law Tracy (Jamie), Sharon and brother-in-law Louis. Curtis is also survived by his grandchildren who were his whole world; Addison and Ethan, also by his niece Kylie and her 3 daughters and nephew Dan Chambers as well as many nieces and nephews. Curtis absolutely loved and was devoted to his fur babies Harley D. (Boog) and Loki (Ruby Roo).
Curtis was predeceased by his In-laws Lynda and Joe Sparmann and nephew, David Chambers, Grandparents Armand and Ruby LeRossignol, Uncle Norman LeRossignol, Aunt Muriel Faloona, Aunt Doreen Fisher and numerous cousins.
As per Curtis' wishes cremation has taken place. Funeral services for Curtis will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 27 ,2025 in the chapel of Sargent and Son Funeral Home, 21 N. Court Street. In lieu of flowers, donations may be issued to the TBRHSC – Cancer Clinic or to the Northern Cardiac Fund. Online condolences may be expressed at www.sargentandson.com.
