Notice of Study Commencement: Municipal Class Environmental Assessment Hwy 26 Drainage Improvements

Town of Collingwood

The Town of Collingwood has initiated a Schedule B Municipal Class Assessment (the Study) to develop alternative solutions to address drainage deficiencies related to surface water flooding of municipal roads surrounding the Highway 26 corridor between Princeton Shores Boulevard and Silver Creek Drive (see Study Area below). The existing drainage features in the assessment study area include watercourses, ditches, bridges and road crossing culverts. Please note that additional property may be required to implement some drainage solutions. The Town has retained the consulting firm Tatham Engineering Limited to complete the Study.
