LaVallee Township deputy reeve Brenden Hyatt previously served as education and superintendent with the Northwest Catholic District School Board. His website lists healthcare, housing, agriculture, resource development and justice as priorities.
Marcus Powlowski

Incumbent Marcus Powlowski was first elected in 2019. Before running for office he worked as an emergency room physician in Thunder Bay; he also holds a master of law degree. He lists health care, homelessness and immigration among his political priorities.

Tania Cameron is CEO of the Wiigwas Elders and Senior Care home in Kenora. The Niisaachewan Anishinabe Nation member ran for federal office with the NDP twice before, in 2008 and 2011. She says she is running again because she doesn’t believe the riding has been well represented.
