Sebastian Chase

Sebastian Mark Francis Chase was born sleeping on December 28, 2022 at Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre. His little life spoke volumes.

Sebastian will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by parents Aubrey and Matthew Chase, grandparents Constance and Edward (Panamick), grandparents Beth and Stephen, aunts Stephanie and Kayla, uncles Edward Jr. (Panamick) and Aaron, godparents Jason and Kelsey (Malo), and numerous cousins and extended family he never got to meet.

He was predeceased by many family members including two with whom he shared his name: his great uncle Mark and his dad’s godfather Francis “Frank” Draper.

Sebastian’s family would like to extend thanks to Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre’s Labour & Delivery Department for their wonderful support when they found out he had been called home. They would also like to thank midwives Joanna, Carey, Colleen, and Mojgan for their compassion and empathy during this time.

A celebration of life and private burial will take place at a later date.

If friends so desire, donations may be made in Sebastian’s memory to Thunder Bay Humane Society, where Sebastian’s parents adopted his “fur siblings”, or a charity of choice.
