On Friday, December 30, Miles Frank went to be with his Lord and Saviour. He was born in Selkirk, Manitoba on September 15, 1948. Miles was married to Susan (Wilson) on December 29, 1972.
Miles attended the Gospel Hall and firmly trusted Jesus Christ, as Lord and Saviour. Miles was an instrument mechanic at Bowater 1977-2009. He enjoyed gospel music, painting, the outdoors and especially fishing and blueberry picking. He spent a lot of time at the 55+.
He will be greatly missed by his loving wife Susan and their three children: Julie, Hannah Dredge, and Stephen (Nicole); grandchildren: Isabella, Caleb and Jessica Dredge, Lexi and Lael Frank, father Mathew Frank; his siblings: Charlene Elwes, Marion (Floyd) Robbins, Rodney (Elizabeth) Frank, Dale (Brian) Hadley, Carol (Mike) Stiller; brothers and sisters-in-law: Carol Wilson, Barbara (Bob) Smid, Robert (Helen) Wilson, Marilyn Wilson, Rosemary (Bill) Yocum, Charles (Margie) Wilson, Margaret (Paul) Capon, as well as many nephews, nieces and cousins.
Miles was predeceased by his mother, Freda Frank and parents-in-law, Harry and Frances Wilson; brothers-in-law: David, John and Mark Wilson.
A celebration of Miles’ life will be held in the Chapel of Harbourview Funeral Centre on Friday, January 6, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. with visitation beginning at 12:00 p.m.
For those unable to attend in person, the service will be streamed live and archived at www.harbourviewfuneral.ca where condolences may be offered as well.
