It is with heavy hearts that we inform you of the sudden passing of Edmund John Dupuis, 45, of Thunder Bay, ON who left us unexpectedly on May 30th, 2023.

Edmund was born February 25th, 1978 in Thunder Bay.

Edmund was passionate about hunting, fishing, and camping. The outdoors was his playground. He fondly remembered the good times at camp in Obonga Lake. He cherished the moments he spent with his family.

Edmund is survived by his beloved wife Shannon, and his loving children Haydin, and Jagger, his parents Howard and Eva, his brothers David and Mike, his Auntie Noelle, and many other friends and family.

He is predeceased by his Grandparents and Aunts.

Edmund was a proud member of the City of Thunder Bay Fire Department for the last 11 years. He was also a former Forest Fire Ranger with Ontario Ministry of Forestry.

Edmond’s education included studying at TrainingDivision.com, Pre-Service Firefighting at Training Division, as well as he graduated from Atikokan High School.

A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday June 7th, 2023 at the Moose Hall (Fort William Rd.) from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. An Honorary Guard Salute will be held for Edmund at the Moose Hall from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm.
