KENORA - Titan Contractors Ltd. will be completing surface, water and sanitary sewer works on Second Avenue South from Fifth Avenue South to Sixth Avenue South from Thursday, July 21, to Friday, September 23.
This section of Second Avenue South will be will closed to all traffic.
However, a traffic detour is in place via Third Avenue South.
Resident back lanes will also remain open to local traffic.
