Two arrested in Dryden on outstanding warrants

DRYDEN — Provincial police arrested two people on failing to comply with release conditions after responding to a trespass call.

Police said officers were called to a Government Street business in Dryden on Monday afternoon after receiving reports of two people trespassing.

Police said both individuals were wanted on warrants and in breach of the conditions of their release. 

A 34-year-old from Ignace was arrested and charged with failing to comply with release conditions, and is expected to appear in a Dryden court on Wednesday.

A 38-year-old from Dryden was arrested and charged with failing to comply with release conditions of release and breaching a probation order, and is also expected to appear in a Dryden court on Wednesday.
