Park n’ Play Design of new playground in Ear Falls

EAR FALLS - The Ear Falls Safe Play Space Project will bring some added fun to 2 Willow Crescent. The robust design for their new playground will be placed right next to the splash pad, so children can play and swing in between cooling off in the water.

The project commits to fostering a more active lifestyle and outdoor engagement for the community of Ear Falls, with the added incentive to get outdoor during the summer months.

The project cost $200,941, with the provincial government contributing $70,161 and Federal Government contributing $50,000 to develop the playground. $80,780 comes from Ear Falls Community Well-Being Fund.

The new playground development is expected to begin this summer and be completed by the end of August.
