SIOUX LOOKOUT — The Sioux Lookout Meno Ya Win Health Centre has named its next president and chief executive officer.
The organization announced on Wednesday that Dean Osmond has been appointed to the roles effective immediately.
Osmond, who has most recently been the acting president and CEO, has been with the hospital since 1991 when he was with the previous Sioux Lookout General Hospital.
His leadership experience includes being a charge nurse, coordinator, manager, executive vice president, and chief operating officer.
“[Osmond] has a strong history of leadership at SLMHC, and we look forward to his continued guidance and leadership,” board chair Sadie Maxwell said in a statement.
