DRYDEN — An investigation has started after a deadly crash occurred over the long weekend.
Around 8:30 a.m. on Monday, Dryden OPP, EMS, and fire responded to a single commercial vehicle collision on Hwy 17 in Satterly Township.
A 24-year-old passenger from Mississauga was pronounced dead at the scene, and the truck driver was brought to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The collision closed the highway for several hours while police investigated and crews helped to clear the scene.
