SIOUX LOOKOUT—Northwestern Health Unit in partnership with Elevate North Western Ontario sent out an invitation to all residents.
They encourage the community to come out and take part in the second annual Community Cares Clean Up initiative.
The Municipality of Sioux Lookout posted their notice in which they promise all residents that this annual event will be a fun-filled family activity day.
This year’s Community Cares Clean Up is scheduled to take place Saturday, June 4, 2022, at Centennial Park from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.
Northwestern Health Unit and Elevate North Western Ontario invite the community to participate in this one-day event aimed towards community clean-up.
According to the municipality notice, there will be games and prizes for children, as well as drinks and snacks. Their notice also stated that, “We have limited amount of gift cards available upon returning your BIO bin and garbage bags."
