DRYDEN — OPP has charged a local Dryden resident with impaired driving and other related offenses.
On Friday, May 17, Dryden OPP was running a RIDE program on Sandy Beach Road.
At approximately 7:30 p.m., a driver was determined to be under the influence of either drugs or alcohol.
The driver, a 30-year-old resident, was subsequently arrested and transported to the Dryden detachment for further testing.
The accused is facing multiple impaired charges as well as having open liquor in the vehicle.
