Upon speaking to the motorist, police determined the driver was obviously impaired by alcohol. The driver was arrested and taking to police headquarters in Fort Frances for further testing.

The accused’s licence was suspended for 90 days and the vehicle was impounded for seven days. They face a court hearing on Friday for a bail hearing.
