NORTHWESTERN ONTARIO -- Environment Canada has issued a rainfall warning for parts of the region on Tuesday.
The government weather agency says rain, at times heavy, is expected Tuesday and will continue into Tuesday night.
Total rainfall amounts of 50 to 60 millimetres are possible by Wednesday morning.
Locally higher rainfall amounts are possible in areas that receive multiple thunderstorms.
Rain will taper off Wednesday morning or afternoon.

- Sioux Narrows - Nestor Falls - Morson
- Ear Falls - Perrault Falls - Western Lac Seul
- Red Lake - Woodland Caribou Park
- Savant Lake - Sturgeon Lake
- Sioux Lookout - Eastern Lac Seul
