KENROA -- Pioneer Construction will begin paving works on Highway 17 East, from Fifth Street South to River Drive, on Monday, June 13.
Flaggers will control traffic, and motorists can expect delays.
The project involves:
- replacing the surface asphalt
- adding a sidewalk on the north side of Highway 17 East
- adding accessible features to the existing sidewalks
- water rehabilitation works in a localized area
The construction work is expected to take four to six weeks to complete.
