FORT FRANCES — Two people face multiple charges after police searched a local home last week.

Provincial police, along with the Treaty Three Police Service, executed a search warrant at a home on Fourth Street West in Fort Frances on the afternoon of Nov. 16.

Police found suspected cocaine, methamphetamine, fentanyl and hydromorphone, along with cash and items associated with drug trafficking.

A 40-year-old from Fort Frances is charged with multiple counts of drug possession for the purpose of trafficking and failure to comply with a release order, along with a single count of possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.

A 42-year-old from Fort Frances is charged with multiple counts of drug possession for the purpose of trafficking, and one count of a single count of possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
