FORT FRANCES — A 19-year-old faces impaired driving charges after being pulled over in downtown Fort Frances.
Provincial police said a vehicle was stopped just before midnight Saturday after committing a moving violation.
Police said the driver was arrested at the scene after failing a roadside test.
The accused, who is charged with operation of a vehicle while impaired and driving while under suspension, had his vehicle impounded for seven days and licence suspended for 45 days.
He is scheduled to appear in a Fort Frances courtroom next month.
