FORT FRANCES – The OPP in Fort Frances nabbed a drunk driver outside of a Co-op gas station in the early morning of March 6.
The driver was transported to the OPP detachment where he failed to provide a breath sample.
As a result, the 49-year-old from Fort Frances has been arrested and charged with impaired driving, driving while prohibited, and failure to comply with a demand.
The driver was also given a 90-day driver's licence suspension and a seven-day vehicle impoundment.
The accused is scheduled to appear in court on April 8.
