OPP investigating incident in Dryden, overpass closed

Police say the Duke Street overpass is inaccessible for the time being and ask the public to use another route.

DRYDEN – OPP in Dryden say they are part of an active investigation scene in the area of Duke Street and Memorial Avenue.

As a result of the investigation, the Duke Street overpass will be closed for the time being, according to a post on the OPP North West Region’s Facebook page.

Motorists and pedestrians are being asked to use the King Street underpass instead.

No details of what’s being investigated have been made public.
