FORT FRANCES – Provincial police have arrested a teen after a nearly month-long string of vandalism that damaged several vehicles.
In a Monday afternoon news release, police said the incidents happened between Sept. 19 and Oct. 10. Most of the damage to vehicles occurred overnight and was discovered in the morning.
Police said people should still protect their property and not leave valuables in plain sight in vehicles. Vehicles and homes should also be kept locked, and vehicles should be parked in a well-lit area if possible.
