KENORA—The Municipal and School Board elections are on Monday, Oct. 24, 2022. To help provide information and bring candidates and voters together, the city of Kenora launched a new website.
This website will feature specific information about the election, for those running for office and eligible voters.
Their statement indicated that in the coming months, kenoravotes.ca will be the main source to keep candidates and voters informed of the election and voting process.
“We are happy to launch kenoravotes.ca to guide candidates and voters through the election process. Municipal decisions impact our everyday lives so it’s important that voters can find the facts they need to make informed choices and for those who want to serve public office know how to get involved.” states Heather Pihulak, City Clerk/Returning Officer.
The Municipality also informed residents that by going to: VoterLookup.ca. they can ensure that they are on the Municipal and School Board Elections voter list.
