KENORA – This past Sunday, the Lake of the Wood Speedway opened up its 5th season of stock car racing.
Featuring a 4-Cylinders, Wissota Pure Stocks, Wissota Midwest Modifieds, and a special appearance by High Flying Wissota modifieds!
Congratulations to #69 Jayson Bronk who came in first in the WISSOTA Pure Stocks. Followed by #46 Michael Copp who came in second, and #14 Austin Overwater took the third-place spot.
In the Q104 WISSOTA Midwest Modifieds, #4B Brandon Rehill took first place, #14 Edward Bell came in second, and #20 Nick Audette was in third.
#33 Jake Mazur received his first win in 4-Cylinders. #28 Brodie Mcgowan came in second, and #17 Kamea Mulholland took the third-place spot.
In the Riverview Industries WISSOTA Modifieds, #73 Rene Poluyko came in first, #E3 Ethan Friesen came in second, and #12 Tony Cassie was third.
The next set of races is on Friday, July 8 at 6:20 p.m. Hot laps begin at 7:00 p.m., and racing starts at 7:20 p.m.
