KENORA — New mental health passport is helping guide individuals on their journey to spiritual, emotional, mental and physical well-being.
May 2-May 8, 2022 is Mental Health Week and Keewatin-Patricia District School Board, has partnered with Evolution Mine, the Kenora Catholic District School Board, the Northwest Catholic District School Board and the Rainy River District School Board to offer the NOW Be Well Passport.
This is an initiative is support of Mental Health Week, being recognized in Canada the first week of May.
Beginning Monday, May 2, families are invited to print the NOW Be Well Passport by visiting the website.
KPDSB stated that, “The passport offers many virtual “stops” on your journey to spiritual, emotional, mental and physical well-being."
It encourages students, families and classrooms to complete activities from the passport. As each activity is completed, students are asked to send a photo of their participation in the activity to [email protected] to be entered into a draw. Prizes are available to students from all KPDSB schools.
Students can enter multiple times, thus one entry for each activity completed and photo submitted.
