KENORA—Kenora District Services Board sees housing as its top priority. With that in mind it is inviting the public to an “Open House” meeting.
Open house meetings, was a strategy used by Kenora District Services Board as a way to facilitate a better understanding of the housing needs of each municipality.
The meetings were aimed at all age groups including: youth to seniors and singles to large families. As a result of the success of these open house meeting, the municipality will be hosting another one on June 15, 2022.
According to Kenora District Services Board, “The purpose of this open house is to make sure that we’ve heard you correctly, and to get your input into potential solutions.”
The open house meeting will take place at the Royal Canadian Legion #63, June 15, from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
