DRYDEN – According to OPP Northwest region, Dryden OPP apprehended an individual after receiving a call for service at a residence in Dryden on the evening of April 26.
As a result of the investigation, a 29-year-old has been charged with spousal assault under the Criminal Code.
The accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the court on June 3.
The OPP will not release names to protect the identity of the victim.
