DRYDEN — OPP Northwest Region is reporting an incident where a 55-year-old man exposed himself in public in the afternoon on Aug. 2.
As a result, the Dryden man was charged with an indecent act in a public place, indecent exposure in front of a minor, and causing a disturbance.
Then on Aug 6, officers received a call for service from the same individual at a local business.
Once again, the Dryden man was arrested, but this time charged with failure to comply with an undertaking.
The accused was held in custody and is scheduled to appear before the court on Aug. 8.
