THUNDER BAY -- Old man winter simply won't go away, leaving many motorists stranded on Thursday morning throughout Northwestern Ontario.
According to 511 Ontario, Highway 11-17 remains closed between Sistonen's Corner and the Manitoba border due to poor weather conditions. Highway 502 is also closed.
The closures began on Wednesday night.
There is no word when the highways will reopen.
