A commercial motor vehicle blitz led by provincial police throughout the month of November found a number of infractions in the Rainy River district.
Police said officers in the Rainy River, Fort Frances, and Atikokan areas participated in the enforcement, which led to 22 drivers being charged and 10 vehicles taken out of service.
Charges included insecure loads, major defects, improper tires, and logbook violations.
Police also issued 11 warnings.
