IGNACE — Ontario Provincial Police responded to a collision Wednesday on Highway 599, north of Saugeen First Nation.
Police said the collision involved a passenger vehicle and a snowplow.
At about 10 a.m., the highway was closed in both directions at the collision site, but was reopened by 5 p.m.
There was no word on the nature of any injuries.
A photo posted on the Facebook page of NWORoads.ca showed a pickup truck on its roof near a damaged snowplowing truck.
OPP continue to investigate.
