Get ready to accept the 25K in 5 hours challenge

KENORA - Time to start figuring out who you will challenge, whether that’s your friends, family members, or even local businesses, to donate community endowment funds on May 13.

Through your donations and the 25 in 5 Giving challenge, the Community Endowment Fund is responsible for making grants to registered charities and not-for-profit organizations in the community.

Kenora and Lake of the Woods Community Foundation would like to thank 89.5 The Lake and the Rotary Club of Kenora for their partnerships with this year's challenge. The public can listen to 89.5 The Lake for progress announcement on the challenge from 10 a.m to3 p.m. As a bonus for your generosity, the Rotary Club of Kenora will be putting on a lunchtime BBQ.
