NORTHWESTERN ONTARIO – Environment Canada has issued a freezing rain warning for the region.
The government weather agency says freezing rain is expected to begin Tuesday evening until Wednesday morning.
Ice accretions of two millimetre to four millimetre are possible, with the heaviest amounts occurring in communities near Lake Superior.
Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become icy and slippery. Be prepared to adjust your driving with changing road conditions.

- Dryden - Vermilion Bay
- Ignace - English River
- Kenora - Grassy Narrows - Whitedog
- Savant Lake - Sturgeon Lake
- Sioux Lookout - Eastern Lac Seul
