DRYDEN—Spring cleaning is a common activity in many communities around the region. The City of Dryden wants to remind residents to clean and discard unsightly items accumulated around their property.

They encourage residents to take a proactive approach and clean up while also cleaning out debris and overgrown grass, trees and shrubs.

The city appreciates all effort put forth by its residents to voluntarily comply with Property Standards and Maintenance Bylaws to ensure, “a cleaner and healthier community for all.”

They ask that residents ensure that, “derelict vehicles, appliances, mattresses, broken toys, or inoperable equipment be taken to the landfill site or picked-up.

The key message the City of Dryden wishes to share with its community is, “Be proud of your community and respectful of your neighbourhood and the environment we all share.”

Residents wishing further information about the “Clean-up your Property Spring 2022” program to contact their Property Standards/Building and Planning Department at 223-1140 or by emailing: [email protected]
