THUNDER BAY — Provincial police were called for a traffic complaint along Highway 17.
A transport truck driver got dashcam footage of another vehicle driving erratically on the night of May 10 at 10:29 p.m.
Once the vehicle was located and stopped by police, an officer conducted their investigation.
The accused, a 56-year-old man from Ear Falls, can be seen stumbling and being supported by the OPP officer at the scene.
Police allegedly determined the driver was intoxicated by alcohol and arrested and brought him into custody for further testing.
The man is facing a pair of alcohol related charges and has a future court date.
