IGNACE – On the evening of June 1, officers with the Dryden OPP detachment responded to an incident at a residence on Carlson Drive.
According to OPP Northwest Region, the officers arrested and charged a 31-year-old with assault.
The accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the court in July.
The OPP will not release names to protect the identity of the victim.
