KENORA – A million-dollar winning Maxmillions ticket was sold in the Kenora/Rainy River area.

An Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation release, issued on Wednesday, said the ticket was one of two million-dollar winners sold in Ontario in Tuesday’s night’s $55-million Lotto Max draw. An Encore prize of $1 million was sold in Simcoe County.

No one won the grand prize, which pushes Friday’s jackpot to $60 million.
