When selling this spring, summer or fall, do not forget to spruce up the exterior of your home. Weed the planting beds, lawns and the driveway if interlock. Sand and paint the front door if needed, change out the hardware on the door, remove or replace the mail box, clean or replace with new the exterior light fixtures. Buy a new front door mat and plant bright happy flowers in your pots and beds. Trim any back any shrubs, trim any tree branches that need it. If you have a pool, power wash the decking and stone work, power wash your patios, sand and stain the back deck. All of this tells a prospective buyer that the home and property has been well cared for and will most likely reward you for your hard work! If you need help with anything let me know.
