NOTICE is hereby given that Council for the Town of Halton Hills at a Council Meeting to be held on Monday, August 25, 2025, will consider passing a by-law to authorize the sale and transfer of the lands in the sketch. The property will be declared surplus by Council and is being sold to the adjacent landowner.

Council shall hear any person who claims to be prejudicially affected by the by-law.
Anyone wishing to be heard may apply via delegation form prior to the meeting date.
