Update Notice of Construction: Rehabilitation of Bridge #4, Fifth Line North of Steeles Avenue

Nature of Work

The work under this Contract involves the rehabilitation of Bridge #4 and will include: excavation and backfilling, concrete patch repairs, cathodic protection installation, deck overlay, replacing railing system and posts, concrete curb, concrete approach slab installation, vegetated rock buttress, asphalt paving, line painting, and associated restoration works.

Dates

• Scheduled Start Date: July 3, 2025 
• Anticipated Completion Date: November 2025

Location

• Fifth Line will be closed to all through traffic between Steeles Avenue and 5 Side Road with a detour via Sixth Line.
