🎨To celebrate the end of their fractions unit, our IB Grade 1 students took learning into their own hands — quite literally — by creating paper pizzas topped with math problems and veggie fractions.
🤓They worked through fraction challenges by decorating their pizzas, cutting slices to represent answers, and completing their worksheets with confidence and creativity.
🍕Once their pizzas were boxed and ready, it was time for the grand finale: a real pizza party!
📚It was a joyful (and delicious) celebration of learning, effort, and progress — the Ashwood Glen way.
