The Burlington Community Foundation's Connected Community: Vital Signs 2025 survey is now open!
The Foundation has conducted a Vital Signs report for more than a decade, and this year we’re taking a hyper-local look at vital indicators that make up community well-being in Burlington, and that connect us as a community.
We want to hear your thoughts on key issues: community engagement, housing, the economy, the environment, quality of life and much more.
Vital Signs is Canada’s most extensive community-driven data program, led by Community Foundations of Canada and implemented by community foundations locally.
This research will be part of a report released this fall that will be a timely community resource to help spark civic engagement, identify pressing needs and help inform decision-making at all levels.
Complete the survey and have a chance to win 1 of 9 local prizes, including:

The survey is open until June 11 at midnight and is open to Burlington residents and can be accessed using a QR Code or on our website at www.BurlingtonFoundation.org.
