SIOUX LOOKOUT — Provincial police are continuing to search for a missing 31-year-old woman who was last seen earlier this month.
Police on Monday issued a renewed call for public assistance in finding Larhonda Miranda Shingebis, who was last seen on Nov. 5 in the area of Sturgeon River Road in Sioux Lookout.
Police are asking residents of Sioux Lookout and surrounding communities to check their property, outbuildings and sheds for any signs of her.
She is described as an Indigenous woman, standing five-foot-five in height with a medium build, and dark hair which is usually in a bun.
She was last seen wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt, black pants, black and white shoes, and was carrying a small black backpack with white writing.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
